I produced THREE GUIDED MINDFULNESS MEDITATIONS, after requests from clients to have my guided voice to follow in their home practice of the meditations that I teach and guide in individual and group therapy. The three meditations, each originally written, are entitled; Breathing Meditation, Compassion Meditation and Inner Ocean meditation. Each guided meditation is approximately 15 minutes long. Clients report that they find the CD helpful.
